Meet Our Directors!



 Dr. Derrick Raymer



Dr. Derrick Raymer is a former All-American Football player at Garden City Community College and at Sam Houston State University. While there he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Health. He received his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Raymer specializes in sport enhancement, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. He has been trained and certified in The Functional Movement Screen, the Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Graston Technique, Active Release Technique, McKenzie Institute for Cervical and Lumbar Spine Disc Herniations, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization Technique, and Corrective Exercises for Youth Development. He has accumulated over 450 hours of continuing education. Dr. Raymer utilizes different techniques to improve function and quality of life to his patients. Dr. Raymer is married to his wife Tanya, who is a teacher in Conroe ISD and is his Co-Director for Serve Volleyball. Together they have a daughter named Rylee Jo and a newborn son named Jack. 

Derrick's passion is working with kids. He brings energy, fun, and excitement to the Serve volleyball ministry.  We are fortunate to have him leading the charge with Tanya.
 
 Tanya Raymer


Tanya Raymer is a Mom and the head volleyball coach at Irons Junior High in CISD. She has coached for Magnolia JH and for Serve Volleyball Academy as a Club team coach and development coach. Tanya graduated from Sam Houston State University where she played softball.
